Marilyn TytlerMiss Africa Texas 2010/2011
Marilyn was born in the South Western part of Nigeria, Lagos province the state known to the center of excellence. As the youngest of six children and Also a twin, her family has played a very influential role in her life by being a positive influence and a source of strength to her.
Marilyn Attended school of business and social sciences at university covenant in Nigeria and graduated with a BSc in banking and finance in 2008 and is presently in school for a second degree program. She is strong, confident and God fearing woman who loves children. Her love for children is why she based her platform on child abuse. Her goal was to create awareness and help fight child abuse in the society. Presently Marilyn is a member of the Child's advocate Inc. in Houston Texas where she volunteers and she also makes donations to an orphanage in Lagos, Nigeria known to the little saints. She loves to act and has also featured in movies like, The Bet, This is Houston. She loves to spend time with her family and loved ones and enjoys watching movies.
